TV Weather Girl Wears Sexy Cocktail Dress on Air, and Is Then Humiliated by Producers

It’s not clear why she wore that particular dress. It’s not exactly what you’d think of as being appropriate weather girl attire.

On the other hand, it’s just a dress, and, while it might have been somewhat distracting for male viewers, it seems a little over the top to humiliate her in in this way.

The incident involved KTLA meteorologist Liberté Chan, who during a recent broadcast wore a sexy, though not immodest, cocktail dress while reporting the weekly forecast.

Midway through the segment, the arm of a news anchor is seen reaching into the camera’s view and giving Chan a sweater. Yes, this really happened.

A brief exchange between Chan and her colleague was caught live on air.

“What’s going on?,” a confused Chan asked when a hand holding a gray sweater appears from off camera. “You want me to put this on? Why, because it’s cold?”

“We’re getting a lot of emails,” an off-screen voice answered during the live broadcast on Saturday.

It seems not all of the channel’s viewers were happy about what Chan was wearing, and actually went through the bother of writing in to let them know.

Chan later brushed off the incident, but it was clearly a humiliating experience, and one that’s likely to haunt her for some time to come.
