Tucker Carlson Lets ‘Mad Max’ Waters Abuse Him For 4 Minutes… Then, BOOM, He Drops the Hammer

By

The spectacle that is mainstream media is becoming more ridiculous, but also more entertaining, by the day.

Knowing that she’d get to say whatever she wanted without being held accountable, Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) took to MSNBC to trash Fox News host Tucker Carlson.

Waters was upset because Carlson had on a previous broadcast touched on her alleged plans to run for president.

Said an outraged Waters:

“I’m not running for anything but my own seat. I don’t have any presidential aspirations. …They made this story up. They are trying every way they can to discredit me, or to make people uncomfortable with me. All of that.”

But it struck us as feigned outrage, given that Waters also threw in this little nugget regarding running for president:

“If the millennials want me to do it, I’d do it, though.”

I’ll put a thousand dollars down that when the time comes, Maxine Waters will claim the millennials want her to do it.

Anyway, as we’ve noted, Waters was spewing this nonsense on MSNBC. But Tucker Carlson, who was about to go on air himself, was apparently watching.

Because just four minutes later, on his own show, Carlson dropped the hammer on Waters.

Reminding viewers of just who Maxine Waters is (and it’s no champion of the little people), Carlson asked:

“Why does Maxine Waters get to go on cable channels and no one ever mentions her ethical problems, the fact that she lives in a four and a half million dollar house after working for the government for 40 years, et cetera?

“They’re super-hyper skeptical of everything Trump says and they’re not skeptical at all of anything that Maxine Waters says.”

Indeed, Tucker. Indeed.
