Trump’s Secret Plan Worked! He Did It!

By

There are many metrics by which to measure the fact that President Trump has been an effective leader, even if Democrats and liberals won’t admit as much.

One of the most obvious proofs is the fact that ISIS has suffered such enormous losses since Trump took office.

Prior to last year’s election, the now-disgraced Matt Lauer of NBC News was visibly skeptical when Trump told him of his “secret plan” to defeat ISIS should he become president.

Well, now that Trump’s been president for about a year, it’s clear that his plan has worked!

Part of that is due to increased American military involvement in the Middle East conflict, and part is the result of our allies in the region feeling far more confident than they did when Obama was in office.

Either way, it’s the Trump effect, and ISIS is feeling it more than anyone else at the moment.

From Fox News:

ISIS has lost 98 percent of the territory it once held — with half of that terror group’s so-called “caliphate” having been recaptured since President Trump took office less than a year ago, U.S. military officials said Tuesday.

The massive gains come after years of “onerous” rules, when critics say the Obama administration “micromanaged” the war and shunned a more intensive air strategy that could have ended the conflict much sooner.

“The rules of engagement under the Obama administration were onerous. I mean what are we doing having individual target determination being conducted in the White House, which in some cases adds weeks and weeks,” said retired Air Force Lt. Gen. David Deptula, the former head of U.S. Air Force intelligence. “The limitations that were put on actually resulted in greater civilian casualties.”
