Trump Publicly Humiliates Venezuelan Dictator and Prepares For WAR

By

One more foolish dictator has just learned that Trump is a very different kind of president from Barack Obama.

No doubt Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro arrogantly thought he could just pick up the phone and tell Trump what he thinks of him.

Instead, Maduro was slapped down and publicly humiliated when Trump refused to take the call and had a stern message delivered to the South American despot.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders released a statement explaining that “President Trump will gladly speak with the leader of Venezuela as soon as democracy is restored in that country.”

Of course, no one expects that Maduro will put his nation back on the right path, least of all Trump.

That’s why the president recently imposed sanctions on Venezuelan officials, and warned at the weekend that he’s considering military action against Maduro’s regime.

Trump told reporters:

“We’re all over the world, and we have troops all over the world in places that are very, very far away. Venezuela is not very far away, and the people are suffering, and they’re dying. We have many options for Venezuela, including a possible military option, if necessary.”
