Trump Parks 60 Tomahawk Missile Off Syrian Coast, Readies for War With Russia

It’s happening, folks.

We are hurtling toward World War III faster than ever before.

Interestingly, it seems the next world war won’t start in and around North Korea, but rather in the Middle East, where America and its allies are busy facing off against Russia and its allies.

Via American Military News:

A U.S. Navy destroyer, the USS Donald Cook, is now situated off the coast of Syria with 60 Tomahawk cruise missiles on board, CNN Turk has reported.

CNN Turk also reported that the destroyer was buzzed by Russian planes at least four times, but the Pentagon has denied those reports.

The news comes just one day after Defense Secretary Jim Mattis said he won’t “rule out anything right now” when it comes to launching airstrikes against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in response to the suspected chemical weapons attacks on civilians over the weekend.

The chemical weapons attacks are suspected to have have killed dozens of children and families near Damascus in Syria.

Earlier this week, Russia warned President Trump against any retaliatory action over the use of chemical weapons by the Syrian regime.

Trump responded exactly how we all knew he would.

The president tweeted:

“Russia vows to shoot down any and all missiles fired at Syria. Get ready Russia, because they will be coming, nice and new and “smart!” You shouldn’t be partners with a Gas Killing Animal who kills his people and enjoys it!”

All this comes at the same time that Israel and Iran–top allies of America and Russia, respectively–are similarly threatening one another with full-scale war.
