Trump Invites ALL Living Presidents To Inauguration – You Won’t Believe Who Said Yes…

By

Donald Trump showed what a class act he is by inviting every living president, regardless of their political affiliation, to his inauguration next month. Unfortunately (for them), only one of them has said yes…

Former president Jimmy Carter, a Democrat, is the only president who has said that he will attend Trump’s inauguration. Meanwhile, Bill Clinton and George W. Bush have said that they are putting off making their decision until after the new year.

A source close to the Clintons said they have been focused on laying low since the election and have not made a decision about the inauguration. A Bush insider said that George W. is still trying to decide whether or not he wants to show up.

Though he tweeted a congratulatory message to Trump after the election, he never endorsed the president-elect, who repeatedly mocked his brother Jeb Bush during the primary.

George H.W. Bush is the only president who explicitly said he will not be attending the event, citing his advanced age of 92 as his reason for not going.

When Barack Obama was inaugurated in 2009, all four living presidents – the Bushes, Carter and Clinton – attended the event. The Bushes then skipped Obama’s 2013 inauguration due to George H.W.’s health problems.
