Alec Baldwin and Saturday Night Live were at it again this past weekend, mocking President-elect Trump over his recent press conference.
Trump hit back hard.
In the skit, Baldwin’s character mocked Trump’s no-nonsense approach to the mainstream media, and poked fun at recent, debunked allegations that Russia had compromising information on the president-elect.
Trump immediately took to Twitter:
“@NBCNews is bad but Saturday Night Live is the worst of NBC … Not funny, cast is terrible, always a complete hit job. Really bad television!”

Incoming White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer added in remarks to Fox News:
“Saturday Night Live used to be funny.” Now it’s just a vehicle for “left-wing hit pieces.”

Spicer continued:
“It’s gone from being funny to just bad. Those aren’t jokes. They’re inappropriate…I think for a lot of people, regardless of your political persuasion, that’s not what you’re tuning in for.”
