Trump Finally Takes A Swing At Ocasio-Cortez And Knocks Her Out

By

New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has been left out of the President Donald Trump hit list since she arrived on the Washington scene.

But that has now changed as the president torched the youngster and her ridiculous, economy crushing, Green new Deal, Politico reported.

At a fundraising dinner on Tuesday night the president took on Ocasio-Cortez and said he deserved to lose if her ideas defeat him.

“The Green New Deal done by a young bartender, 29 years old,” he said at the National Republican Congressional Committee.

“A young bartender, wonderful young woman, the Green New Deal. The first time I heard it I said, ‘That’s the craziest thing,’” he said.

“You have senators that are professionals that you guys know that have been there for a long time, white hair, everything perfect, and they are standing behind her and they are shaking. They are petrified of her,” he said. “They really believe this stuff.”

But while Trump dismissed the Green New Deal, he held it up as the perfect foil for his reelection campaign and joked that he hopes Republicans don’t kill the proposal just yet.

“We will have to do something,” he said, but he cautioned that Republicans should not “do it too early, please.”

“Don’t kill it because we want to be able to run against it. If they beat me with the Green New Deal, I deserve to lose,” he said.

The comments from President trump came amid a new war that Ocasio-Cortez has embarked on against Fox News host Tucker Carlson.

New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is making a brand for herself with her millennial style clapbacks on Twitter directed at her enemies.

She never seems to have the answers when asked tough questions on Twitter and she does not have policy but she has wise responses.

That was the tack she chose to take with Fox News host Tucker Carlson who called her a moron when it comes to policy.

She responded to his attack by saying “You mad bro?” with a laughing until you cry emoji, which is mature and befitting a Congressperson.
