Trump Does Something to the OVAL OFFICE That Has Democrats SCREAMING

By

The Oval Office is a sacred sanctuary where our president must perform the incredible task of governing our nation.

But it is also the office of a man elected by the people, for the people. And President Trump is determined to make the Oval Office feel that way.

Traditionally, access to the president in the Oval Office has been highly restricted.

Past presidents only allowed a handful of most senior staff to just walk in, and they acted as “gatekeepers” to filter anyone else who might want to speak to the president.

Not so under Trump.

According to Politico, the number of people who can just walk into Trump’s Oval Office is unprecedented, and includes even mid- and low-level staffers.

The idea is simple. If they have something important to say, Trump wants to hear it. And he’s not so pretentious that he won’t hear it from a low-level staff member.

Unsurprisingly, this policy has the media and the political establishment worried.

Media outlets like Vanity Fair scorned the policy as “bizarre,” while Capitol Hill power-brokers expressed concern that people who might oppose their agendas could too easily grab the president’s ear.

But Trump has always worked this way, and he’s not about to stop just because he’s president of the United States.

In his best-selling book “The Art of the Deal”, Trump wrote:

“Most people are surprised by the way I work. I play it very loose … I try not to schedule too many meetings. I leave my door open … I prefer to come to work each day and just see what develops.”

Refreshing.
