Trump Just Called on Ivanka and Jared Kushner to Serve Their Country

By

Donald Trump’s daughter, Ivanka, and her husband, Jared Kushner, have said they won’t be part of her father’s administration.

But “The Donald” has other plans.

Jared and Ivanka were among Trump’s most trusted advisors during his presidential campaign.

Ivanka was already known as a strong and capable leader. It was reported that over the last year, Trump came to rely heavily on the advise of Jared Kushner, too.

Last week, the couple started house-hunting in Washington, DC. That raised a lot of eyebrows.

It also gave hope to a lot of people who want the Kushners in the next US government.

We’ll Find a way

In his interview with Chris Wallace on “Fox News Sunday,” Trump said he’ll find a way to include Jared and Ivanka.

In fact, Trump feels he needs his daughter and her husband by his side.

“They’re both very talented people,” said the president-elect.

“If you look at Ivanka, you take a look, she’s so strong, as you know, to the women’s issue and child care, and so many things she’d be so good. Nobody can do better than her,” he continued.

As for Jared Kushner, Trump said he’s needed in forming foreign policy.

“I’d love to have Jared helping us on deals with other nations and see if we can do peace in the Middle East and other things,” said Trump.

But Trump needs to check if that’s legally possible.

“We’re looking at that from a legal standpoint right now,” he promised. “I think we’ll have to see how the laws read. I would love to be able to have them involved.”

And, according to Trump, Ivanka now wants that, as well.
