This 7-Minute Workout is All You Need to Get in Shape


If there’s one thing working parents never have enough of, it’s time.

And the first victim of that situation is typically our health. We don’t have enough time to prepare healthy food. And we certainly don’t have enough time to exercise.

Well, staying in shape doesn’t have to be such a big time commitment.

This 7-minute workout will do the trick, and takes so little time and no need for a gym membership.

Even the American College of Science and Medicine’s Health & Fitness Journal agrees.

A new study says that doing these exercises with high intensity, even if for only a few minutes, can be incredibly effective.

Each exercise should be performed for 30 seconds, with 10 seconds of rest in between. That’s a total of just around 7 minutes. Surely we can all find a spare 7 minutes to stay in shape.
