That’s It! He’s Been Indicted!!!

In indictment on federal terrorism charges has finally been filed against Akayed Ullah, the 27-year-old Muslim immigrant from Bangladesh who bombed a New York City subway station last month.

Ullah faces life in prison if convicted.

On December 11, during morning rush hour, Ullah detonated a crude, homemade pipe bomb in a subway passageway at the Port Authority Bus Terminal.

Fortunately, the only person seriously injured was Ullah himself.

But he intended to do far more damage.

“In selecting this time and place, Ullah’s alleged purpose in the Port Authority bombing was painfully clear: to inflict as much damage as possible, and to strike fear into the hearts of New Yorkers in the name of ISIS,” said US Attorney Geoffrey Berman in announcing the indictment.

Yes, that’s right, Ullah was acting on behalf of ISIS, a fact that he publicized on Facebook just days prior to the failed attack.

He also taunted President Trump, claiming that he had “failed to protect your nation.”

Ullah was able to immigrate to the US in 2011 under the policies of Barack Obama, polices that Trump wants to revoke.
