San Jose Police was told to stand down and let Trump supporters suffer, now they’re getting sued

The 9th Circuit recently ruled that the lawsuit on behalf of Trump supporters injured in a riot in San Jose after police forced them into a violent situation and blocked paths to safety, can proceed, and denied the individual police supervisors immunity from the lawsuit.

City officials allegedly issued a stand down order telling police to ignore Trump supporters when ANTIFA gang members attacked them and beat them bloody.

San Jose police only arrested 3 bad guys out of hundreds.
