Sailor Pardoned by President Trump Resurfaces With a Big Surprise for Obama & Comey

By

During the time that the Obama White House was in charge, our country’s government was entirely out of control. If you have any doubt about just how corruptly the government was being conducted, just take a look at the case of former Navy sailor, Kristian Saucier.

The Obama administration ruined the guy’s life, simply because he made a mistake and took photos while on board a military submarine. President Trump took the opportunity to pardon this young man. Saucier was extremely grateful to President Trump for clearing his name and giving him another chance at a normal life. Now, the former sailor has a little something up his sleeve for Barack Obama and disgraced former FBI Director James Comey.

The Daily Wire reports:

A former Navy sailor who was prosecuted by the Obama Administration for taking photos of classified sections of the submarine where he served, and was later pardoned by President Trump, is taking aim at former President Barack Obama, former FBI director James Comey, and the Justice Department, suing them for treating him differently than they treated Hillary Clinton after she left classified information at risk.

Fox News reported that Saucier had spent a year in federal prison after prosecutors claimed that he had put our country’s national security at risk when he took photographs of the inside of a military submarine’s propulsion system as well as the reactor compartment. They also claimed that he obstructed justice when he destroyed his camera and laptop computer. The sailor explained that he did not have any foul intentions for the photos. He simply wanted something to remember his service by. In March, president Trump pardoned Saucier, and the sailor now plans to file a lawsuit claiming that former President Barack Obama and the other defendants named in the suit did not provide him with equal protection as provided by the law.

From Fox News:

His lawyer, Ronald Daigle, told Fox News on Monday that the lawsuit, which he expects to file soon in Manhattan, will name the U.S. Department of Justice, former FBI Director James Comey and former President Barack Obama as defendants, among others.

“They interpreted the law in my case to say it was criminal,” Saucier told Fox News, referring to prosecuting authorities in his case, “but they didn’t prosecute Hillary Clinton. Hillary is still walking free. Two guys on my ship did the same thing and weren’t treated as criminals. We want them to correct the wrong.”

It was stated by Daigle that the Justice Department received a letter about the pending lawsuit back in December. Others included in the suit also received letters. Generally, it is normal to see a six month waiting period before a lawsuit is actually officially filed.

“We’ll highlight the differences in the way Hillary Clinton was prosecuted and how my client was prosecuted,” Daigle explained. “We’re seeking to cast a light on this to show that there’s a two-tier justice system and we want it to be corrected.”

Kristian Saucier was thrown in jail for taking photos. Hillary Clinton is responsible for the deaths of multiple Americans and never spent any time in jail. Our legal system at work, America.
