Russian Nuclear Sub Launches Missile Off Coast of Alaska and President Trump is NOT HAPPY

By

Russian President Vladimir Putin is flexing his muscles, determined to let the world know that President Trump isn’t the only big dog on the block.

Moscow is not going to let Trump take on North Korea without inserting itself into the situation, one way or another.

So, to let America know that Russia’s still a force to be reckoned with, Putin ordered the launch of an advanced missile from a submerged nuclear submarine not far from Alaska this week.

The Daily Express reports:

The K-150 Tomsk submarine launched a supersonic P-700 Granit cruise missile from a “submersed” location, according to the Russian Ministry of Defence.

In a statement, the Ministry said: “A Granit supersonic cruise missile was launched from a submersed position at a ground target located at the Kura testing grounds in the Kamchatka Krai.

“The launch was carried out from the water area of the Sea of Okhotsk.”

Crewmen of the ‘Tomsk’ nuclear submarine have also performed around a dozen more exercises, including moving while underwater and escaping mock enemy fire after the cruise missile test launch.

The belligerent action comes just days after American forces successfully show down a test intermediate-range ballistic missile (IRBM) using our vaunted Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system.

The type of IRBM used in the test is the same as those deployed by North Korea with the help of the former Soviet Union.

It’s also the same type of system Trump intends to equip our NATO allies with to defend against the Russian missile threat.
