Vice President-elect Mike Pence offered a brilliant defense of Donald Trump’s phone call with the leader of Taiwan that has liberals howling.
Liberals are looking for any excuse to skewer Trump. So when he accepted a congratulatory phone call from Taiwanese President Tsai Ing-wen, liberals blasted Trump for angering China.
ABC News pressured Pence over this in an interview on Sunday.
But the vice president-elect gave an answer that immediately shut their liberal mouths:
“…it’s a little mystifying to me that President Obama can reach out to a murdering dictator in Cuba in the last year and be hailed as a hero for doing it and President-elect Donald Trump takes a courtesy call from a democratically elected leader in Taiwan and it’s become something of a controversy.”
This guy is just brilliant.
