Obama Makes Hilarious Claim in Desperate Grasp For Legacy

By

Just prior to Obama leaving the White House, his staff made a hilarious claim in a desperate grasp for a positive legacy.

Obama is going to be remembered as one of the most treasonous and ill-suited presidents in American history.

But in an interview with CNN, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest insisted Obama should be praised.

“President Obama has been the most transparent president in American history, [and has] not gotten much if any credit,” said Earnest.

It’s surprising he was able to even say it with a straight face. Guess he’s been thoroughly indoctrinated.

Earnest was being asked about journalists’ complaints regarding the Freedom of Information Act. The White House has come under heavy criticism for failing to provide relevant information to the press.

Earnest said they had “made progress” in regards to those complaints.

Does that kind of vague answer strike you as “transparent”?

Earnest then went on to do what we have all come to expect from the Obama Administration. He made a paper-thin excuse about why transparency didn’t really matter, anyway.

There is “no constituency in American politics for transparency in government beyond journalists,” he claimed.

Did you get that? Barry’s White House is saying that you and your fellow Americans don’t really care if the government hides things from you.

What a bunch of clowns. Thank God they are almost out.

Just to remind you of the hypocrisy going on here, we’ll close with a video of Obama waxing eloquent about how transparent he would be:
