Obama LIVID Over Trump’s Latest Invite to Inauguration

By

There are going to be a lot of people at Donald Trump’s inauguration whose presence there will infuriate President Obama.

But none more so than the leaders of Israel’s Jewish settlements.

Obama has dedicated a goodly portion of his final weeks in office to betraying Israel, and in particular trying to destroy the Jewish presence in the biblical heartland of Judea-Samaria, which the world calls the “West Bank.”

Trump has voiced his strong opposition to Obama’s treatment of Israel. And he has promised a much different approach to the Jewish state.

But now Trump’s putting his money where his mouth is.

Two senior Jewish settler leaders confirmed to the Times of Israel that they have received personal invitations to the Trump inauguration.

Oded Revivi, chairman of the Jewish settlers’ council, said the invite was a “clear indication” that Trump gets it. He said all of Israel was eager to work “with our new friends in the White House.”

The other invite went to Benny Kasriel, mayor of Ma’aleh Adumim, a large Jewish settlement on the outskirts of Jerusalem.

Trump already ruffled feathers when he appointed lawyer David Friedman to be the next US ambassador to Israel.

Friedman has strong ties to the Jewish settlement enterprise. During recent trips to Israel, Friedman encouraged the Jewish state to go ahead and annex Judea and Samaria.
