Obama Just Insulted More Than Half of All Americans

Barack Obama just can’t stop badmouthing the majority of Americans who don’t agree with his worldview.

He was at it again in an interview with David Letterman that was filmed last Fall, but aired just this past Friday.

During the sit-down, Letterman asked Obama what’s more dangerous: A president who attacks the media or a foreign power attempting to sway a democratic election?

It was obviously designed to extract harsh criticism of President Trump.

But rather than call out and abuse his successor, Obama turned on middle America.

“One of the biggest challenges we have to our democracy is the degree to which we don’t share a common baseline of facts,” said Obama. “If you watch Fox News, you are living on a different planet than you are if you, you know, listen to NPR.”

Fox News noted that the subtle jab at conservatives elicited loud applause from the studio audience.

What needs to be remembered is that Fox News is by far the largest and most-watched news network in America.

So, if a plurality of Americans get their news from that source, wouldn’t that mean those who choose “alternative” sources are the ones “living on another planet”?

What also needs to be repeated is the clear double standard Obama and the mainstream liberal media are displaying here.

Trump is relentlessly criticized for putting down the mainstream media.

And yet, when Obama was president, he regularly badmouthed Fox News, which, as noted above, is the MOST mainstream of all American news networks.
