Obama Ditches Billy Graham Tributes For This…

By

Yesterday, elected Democrats and Republicans gathered in the Capitol Dome to pay respects to the late Billy Graham, an evangelical pastor who had a relationship with every American president since Harry Truman.

Barack Obama, on the other hand, was too busy promoting his pet project in extreme narcissism – his personal presidential library – to bother to pay any respect to Graham personally.

The Hill reports:

Former President Obama made a surprise visit to the South Side of Chicago on Tuesday for a community meeting with neighborhood residents about the Obama Foundation’s proposed plans to build the Obama Presidential Library in the area.

Obama did, however, tweet out his condolences, for which he was roundly criticized for by his own fans:

I guess Obama didn’t see it as beneficial to pay tribute to the late Graham in person because his core supporters despise a good Christian man.
