The Republican Party of New Mexico is calling for all ballots in Bernalillo County to be impounded in an election lawsuit.
“There are questions that still persist and that election integrity and we must look closely at what happened here in New Mexico,” Steve Pearce, NM GOP Chair said.
Per the press release, the Republican Party of New Mexico is also considering impounding ballots in other counties.
