Muslims upset over college restroom change, here’s how TEXAS cops respond

Muslim students at the University of Texas ran crying to school administration after a shocking addition was found in one of the public restrooms.

When the group of Muslims entered one of the stalls, they found copies of the Quran had been shoved IN THE TOILET.

Now, that’s not a very nice thing to do, certainly. But it’s the reaction of local police that has Texans even more concerned.

NBC DFW reports:

Police at the University of Texas at Dallas say they’re searching for the person who dumped several copies of the Quran in campus toilets.

They call the incident “shocking” and “unusual.”

A student recently discovered the books inside a bathroom at the university’s Student Union building. After snapping some pictures to document the apparent anti-Muslim act, he immediately reported it to campus security, which got police involved.

UT Dallas Police say they are reviewing surveillance video from inside the Student Union building.

They acknowledge they haven’t found “anything out of the ordinary” for now, but say they’re taking this matter seriously and will continue to investigate.

Now, let me ask you something.

Imagine that, instead of Muslim students finding the Quran in the toilet, it had been Christians students and the desecrated holy book was the Bible.

Do you think the media would still have reported the incident so prominently, or that local police would have launched a “serious” investigation?
