MOMENT OF TRUTH: Mueller Decides Whether or Not to Indict President Trump

It’s pretty much over.

Those were the words of President Trump’s attorney, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani.

Giuliani told CNN that Special Counsel Robert Mueller had acquiesced and told Trump’s legal team that he can’t, and therefore won’t indict the president.

No word on whether or not Mueller WANTS to indict Trump.

But, even if he does want to, the 1999 Justice Department memo prohibits indicting a sitting president.

Said Giuliani:

“All they get to do is write a report. They can’t indict. At least they acknowledged that to us after some battling, they acknowledged that to us.”

He added that “this case is essentially over. They’re just in denial,” referring to Mueller and his Democratic puppet-masters.
