Martin Luther King’s Niece Drops BOMBSHELL About Trump

By

Think President-elect Trump doesn’t appeal to blacks? Congressman John Lewis is certainly trying to convince you of as much.

But the truth is that a very sizable portion of the black community supports Trump. Including some of its most notable civil rights leaders.

It’s no secret that Martin Luther King, Jr., the very symbol of the civil rights movement, was a conservative, though liberals often suggest otherwise.

And so it should come as little surprise that King’s niece, Alveda C. King, a noted evangelist, is also conservative.

More than that, she voted for Donald Trump.

Alveda C. King told American Thinker:

“While I voted for Mr. Trump, my confidence remains in God, for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Prayers for President-elect Trump, Congressman Lewis, and everyone including leaders.”

Alveda C. King is a prominent pro-life advocate, serving as head of Civil Rights for the Unborn, the African-American outreach for Priests for Life, and of Gospel of Life Ministries.

Busy woman!

And she’s courageous, too. Coming out as a black woman who supports Trump, opposes abortion and puts her faith ultimately in God is almost guaranteed to make her some enemies. Or to bring out the liberal nutjobs who will insist she’s just confused or pulling a publicity stunt.
