Just In: Troubling Details About Police Response to Florida School Shooting

This is just tragic.

While children were being slaughtered inside Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, police officers who had arrived at the scene were ORDERED not to enter the building.

Seriously, the protection of life should take precedence above all else.

But Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel was more concerned about publicity, apparently.

He instructed deputies at the scene of the shooting that they must not enter the school unless they had body cameras.

None of the deputies did, so none of them entered. And the shooting and the killing continued.

Enraged local residents and state officials are now calling for Israel to be immediately fired for negligence.
