JUST IN: Senate Judiciary Committee Gives Loretta Lynch A NASTY SURPRISE

The Senate Judiciary Committee just announced that it has opened a probe into President Donald Trump’s firing of former FBI Director James Comey. The committee also said that it would be investigating whether Obama attorney general Loretta Lynch improperly influenced the Clinton email scandal investigation.

Daily Mail reported that Senate Judiciary Chairman Charles Grassley of Iowa announced the investigation in a letter to his Democratic counterpart, Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California. In the letter, he made it clear that Lynch will be a major focus of the probe.

“There should be no improper interference with FBI investigations to favor any elected official or candidate of either party,” Grassley wrote. “The Committee has an obligation to pursue all evidence of such misconduct.”

“The Judiciary Committee has an obligation to fully investigate any alleged improper partisan interference in law enforcement investigations,” he added. “It is my view that fully investigating the facts, circumstances, and rationale for Mr. Comey’s removal will provide us the opportunity to do that on a cooperative, bipartisan basis.”

This came after Trump said that what Lynch did during the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a personal email server was “totally illegal.”

“A.G. Lynch made law enforcement decisions for political purposes…gave Hillary Clinton a free pass and protection. Totally illegal!” Trump wrote, according to ABC News.
