Just In: A Federal Judge Has Just Exposed Mueller’s Plot [Video]

A Federal Judge in charge of the case against former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort has just expressed deep criticism in the case that was brought against Manafort by Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

The judge claims he believes that Mueller’s motivation is to oust President Trump.

As reported by

“You don’t really care about Mr. Manafort’s bank fraud,” District Judge T.S. Ellis said to prosecutor Michael Dreeben, at times losing his temper. Ellis said prosecutors were interested in Manafort because of his potential to provide material that would lead to Trump’s “prosecution or impeachment,” Ellis said

“That’s what you’re really interested in,” said Ellis, who was appointed by President Ronald Reagan. He repeated his suspicion several times in the hour-long court hearing.

At one point, Ellis posed a hypothetical question, speaking as if he were the prosecutor, about why Mueller’s office referred a criminal investigation about Trump’s personal attorney Michael Cohen to New York authorities and kept the Manafort case in Virginia.

Were they “not interested in it to further our core effort to get Trump,” Ellis said, mimicking a prosecutor in the case.

And the truth will set you free folks! This is the breakthrough that we’ve all been waiting for. The true motivation of Mueller needs to come to light. If the goal is to oust President Trump than all of these investigations are biased and illegitimate.

Former trump Campaign Manager Paul Manafort was in court in Alexandria, VA today with motion to dismiss government charges, arguing that Special Counsel does nto have power to indict him on charges they have brought.
Manafort’s defense team seems to have found an apologetic ear in Federal Judge TS Ellis Ill.

Ellis asked Special Counsel Mueller’s team (represented by Michael Dreeben) where they derived the authority to indict Mr. Manafort on banking crimes that date back as far as ’05.
The Special Counsel is arguing that DAG Rod Rosenstein granted them broad authority in his May 2, 2017 letter appointing special counsel to this investigation.

However, it was revealed in today’s hearing that at least some of info in this Special Counsel investigation derived from earlier investigation from DOJ specifically US Attorneys office in Eastern District of VA.
Ellis took issue with that saying this isn’t Special Counsel investigation and this didnt “arise” out of Special Counsel investigation, therefore may not be within the special counsel’s scope.

Special Counsel’s office say its authorities are not only laid out in May 2 and ‘letters and memos but rather some powers are actually secret because they involve ongoing investigations and national security matters and cannot be publicly disclosed.
Judge Ellis seemed amused and not persuaded. He summed up the Special Counsel’s Office as, “We said this was what investigation was about but we are not bound by it and we were lying.” He then quoted NFL announcers and said “C’mon man!”
