Ivanka Sets the Muslim World ON FIRE During Saudi Visit

By

President Trump was impressive during his visit to Saudi Arabia. No less impressive was his daughter, Ivanka Trump.

The US has for years criticized Saudi Arabia for its record regarding women’s rights. Sharia Law views women as being less than men, and permits abuse accordingly.

Ivanka, instead of complaining from afar, joined her father in Riyadh and affected some real change.

From the Wall Street Journal:

The World Bank plans to announce Sunday at an event with Ivanka Trump, the U.S. president’s daughter and senior White House adviser, that Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates have pledged $100 million collectively toward a fund for women who own or want to start businesses, according to people familiar with the announcement.

The money for the bank’s proposed Women Entrepreneurs Fund would be aimed at women in the Middle East, these people said. They described the fund’s goal as helping women start and run successful businesses by easing their access to finance, markets and networks.

Women owning businesses is taboo in devout, Sharia-complaint societies. And for Saudi Arabia, guardian of Islam’s holiest sites, to back such an initiative is even more unprecedented.

It’s all thanks to the “Trump Effect.” Now THAT is how you project American power.
