Former President George H. W. Bush is now officially the longest living president in American history.
As of Saturday, the elder Bush was 93 years and 166 days old.
That put him one day past former President Gerald Ford, who died in 2006.
Third on the list is former President Ronald Reagan, whom the elder Bush served as vice president for two terms.

Fourth on the list is Jimmy Carter, who is, of course, still alive, and, assuming he outlives Bush, could still take the top spot on the list one day.
