Is Ivanka Eyeing A Run For Senate In Florida?

By

Speculation has been swirling that Ivanka Trump will run for the US Senate in Florida in 2022.

The businesswoman, 39, could be set to challenge Marco Rubio in the race after it was reported that she would like a political career of her own after working for her father as an advisor during his presidency.

It comes after it was revealed that she and her husband Jared Kushner have bought a plot of land in Miami.

A source told CNN: ‘Ivanka definitely has political ambitions, no question about it. She wants to run for something, but that still needs to be figured out.’

With Ivanka’s father set to leave the White House in a little more than five weeks, speculation has been rampant about the future of not just the outgoing president but what his influential daughter and son-in-law, who took on roles as senior White House advisers, will do next.

While it was once thought that the couple would return to New York City and resume their pre-White House lives on the Manhattan social scene, reports now suggest that they could relocate elsewhere.

The Kushners reportedly purchased a $31million plot of land on Miami’s ‘Billionaire Bunker.’
