ICE Director is Ready To Destroy MS-13 Gang Thanks To Trump! “My Gang is BIGGER than Theirs”

In an exclusive interview with the Daily Caller, ICE director Thomas Homan said:

“My gang is bigger than MS-13 and we will carry out President Trump’s goal of dismantling the violent criminal organization.”

Trump wants the gang gone forever – that’s what he said during a cabinet meeting on June 12.

The gang has its leadership in El Salvador and recruits from the immigrant community in the U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions has previously pegged the number of members at 30,000 in El Salvador and 10,000 spread across 40 U.S. states.

MS-13 (Mara Salvatrucha; also known as simply MS or Mara) is an international criminal gang that originated in Los Angeles, California, US in the 1980s. The gang later spread to many parts of the continental United States, Canada, Mexico, and Central America, and is active in urban and suburban areas. Most members are ethnically of Central American origin (principally El Salvador).

Members of MS are characterised by tattoos covering the body and also often the face, and by the use of their own sign language. They are notorious for their use of violence and a subcultural moral code that predominantly consists of merciless revenge and cruel retributions. This cruelty of the distinguished members of the “Maras” or “Mareros” earned them a path to be recruited by the Sinaloa Cartel battling against Los Zetas in an ongoing drug war in Mexico.

ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) has been conducting gang raids ever since the beginning of January and these have led to the arrests of 3,111 gang members — 357 of whom have been MS-13 members. ICE has also deported 2,798 gang members in Fiscal Year 2017.
