Hunter Biden’s new memoir is already No. 1 — on Amazon’s Chinese biographies list — as his new $5.4 million digs in Venice, California were revealed Friday.
The only surviving son of President Biden and his wife Melissa Cohen are renting a three-story abode overlooking the Venice Canal, the Daily Mail reported, estimating the monthly price tag of $25,000.

The modern home — which is under 24-hour Secret Service protection — is owned by Sweetgreen co-founder and CEO Jonathan Neman and features two bedrooms, 3,700 square feet and a private deck that overlooks the historic waterway.
The couple and their 10-month-old baby boy Beau moved in toward the end of last year — after Hunter scored a secret deal to pen his memoir “Beautiful Things” in the fall of 2019.
Financial details weren’t disclosed but the Mail says he’d received an advance worth as much as $2 million.
The book is already doing gangbusters on Amazon, topping the best seller list of Chinese Biographies on Friday.
