Former Bush and Obama Advisor Reveals WHEN AND WHERE World War 3 Will Break Out

It’s coming, but possibly not when and where most people think.

Most would be excused for thinking the next world war will be sparked in the Korean peninsula, or possibly China.

But, according to Dr. Paul Miller, a former member of the US National Security Council under president George W. Bush and Barack Obama, there’s another more likely scenario.

Miller believes the next world war will break out in the Baltic states.

Nor is this some crackpot prediction. Miller correctly predicted the 2014 Russian invasion of Crimea two years before it happened.

A little over a year ago, he started warning that Vladimir Putin has similar designs on eastern Europe.

While attending a recent conference in the Latvian capital of Riga, Miller said his concerns and fears were shared by MANY eastern European leaders and policymakers.

This is how Miller sees things going down:

First, ethnic Russians living in Latvia and Estonia will begin rioting and claiming that their rights are being violated.

Next, the Russians will quietly back a “suspiciously well-armed and well-trained ‘Popular Front for the Liberation of the Russian Baltics,'” while on the international stage calling for “international protection” for ethnic Russians in those countries.

The situation will escalate to the brink of full-scale civil war, at which point the Russians will step in militarily.

Miller believes there will be an armed conflict with North Korea, he just doesn’t see it engulfing the entire world, even if China intervenes.

But Russia invading eastern Europe would obligate America, under its NATO treaties, to respond in force, which would almost certainly lead to war on a global scale.
