Democrats Completely Uncloak, Vote to Allow Sharia Law in America

Montana Republicans passed “Senate Bill 97” to ban the application of foreign law in Montana’s courts.

This sounds reasonable, doesn’t it?  Not to Montana 44 Dem. Senators that voted against the Bill.

The reason for Democrats’ objection is even worse than what you can imagine. Their objections focus mainly on Sharia Law.

Folks, let’s quickly get a review of what the Sharia Law requires:

Sharia law is the law of Islam. The Sharia (also spelled Shariah or Shari’a) law is cast from the actions and words of Muhammad, which are called “Sunnah,” and the Quran, which he dictated.

According to Sharia law:

  • Criticizing or denying any part of the Quran is punishable by death.
  • CriticizingMuhammad or denying that he is a prophet is punishable by death.
  • A Muslim who becomes a non-Muslim is punishable by death (compulsion in religion).
  • A non-Muslim who leads a Muslim away from Islam is punishable by death.
  • A man can marry an infant girl and consummate the marriage when she is9 years old.
  • A woman can have 1 husband, who can have up to 4 wives;Muhammad can have more.
  • A man can beat his wife for insubordination (seeReligion of Peace).
  • A woman cannot drive a car, as it leads to fitnah (upheaval).

Etc etc etc …

With this in mind consider the words of Rep. Shane Morigeau, D-Missoula, who said, “I truly believe this Bill  is repugnant.”

Rep. Ellie Hill Smith (D-Missoula) proposed an amendment to the bill to include a ban on the Law of Moses, in order to “show the state of Montana that it is not just about Islamic Law.”  Folks, this is Liberal stupidity at its highest level.

Rep. Brad Tschida (R-Missoula) put things in focus when he said that the bill was an attempt to push back against a “constitution [that] is constantly under assault.”  Tschida could’ve added “by Democrats.”

It should be obvious that Montana’s Republicans are simply looking ahead in an attempt to avert the possibility of a culture war at some future point.

SHARE if you want this Bill to become LAW in your State as well!
