BREAKING: Supreme Court Issues the Ruling We’ve All Been Waiting For … Only one Judge Was Not in Favor

By

The Supreme Court decided that they would dismiss all lawsuits against President Donald Trump’s executive order that banned refugee admissions.

This was also the same day that the administration made the announcement that it would start re-admitting refugees under an entirely different and new screening process, as reported by ABC News.

A great win for our President!

As the Daily Caller reported, the move vacated lower court rulings that started that the executive orders were unlawful and could have potentially restricted President Trump’s authority, so you can imagine what a big deal this win is for the President.

According to CBS News, Acting Homeland Security Secretary Elaine Duke stated, “The security of the American people is the administration’s highest priority, and these improved vetting measures are essential for American security. These new, standardized screening measures provide an opportunity for the United States to welcome those in need into our country, while ensuring a safer, more secure homeland.”

Only one of the Supreme Court Justices was not in favor of vacating the lower court rulings, and that was Obama appointee Sonya Sotomayor… what a surprise.
