BREAKING: Supreme Court Hands Trump Biggest Victory of His Presidency

By

Trump just can’t lose, it seems.

Even on issues that liberals were certain they’d managed to sway public opinion in their favor, Trump comes out on top.

When Trump slapped a temporary ban on immigration from certain countries early in his presidency, liberals howled over the perceived anti-Muslim intent.

Of course, it was clear to any level-headed person at the time that the ban wasn’t targeting Muslims in general, otherwise Trump would have halted immigration from ALL Muslim countries, not just those embroiled in terror-fueled internal conflicts.

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court finally validated Trump’s decision.

First, the court noted that the president does enjoy sweeping powers when it comes to regulating immigration.

But, more importantly, the 5-4 decision rejected the notion that this particular regulation had constituted discrimination against Muslims.

Trump himself seemed surprised that the court actually sided with him:

Of course, the Supreme Court’s four Democratic justices all voted against the decision.

Justice Sonia Sotomayor went so far as to accuse her Republican colleagues of “ignoring the facts, misconstruing our legal precedent, and turning a blind eye” to what she views as Trump’s abuse of power.
