Breaking: New Charlottesville Report Says Police Were Told to Stand Down


Police tasked with monitoring August’s Charlottesville white nationalist rally that led to violence and the death of Heather Heyer failed to adequately protect public safety, according to an independent investigation.

According to the report, police were given the “stand down order.” Police failed to separate the rally attendees from ANTIFA and this made the physical clashes inevitable.
