BREAKING: Japan Hits North Korea

Just hours after meeting with President Trump, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe ordered additional sanctions against North Korea.

Pyongyang has made repeated threats to strike America, which is leading the international effort to deny the hermit dictatorship the ability to field nuclear weapons.

Given the distance to the US homeland, if a strike occurs, North Korea’s likely to first go after our staunchest Asian allies – South Korea and Japan.

In fact, many of North Korea’s recent missile tests have been aimed at Japan.

A recent test saw a North Korean missile fly directly over the northern part of Japan, causing widespread panic.

Japan’s new sanctions might be seen by some as poking a cornered animal, but Trump’s likely to have encouraged Abe that now’s not the time to back down.
