This is a touching story of a call from President Trump last April.
This explains Trump’s heart for our soldiers.
Natasha De Alencar got a call in April from President Donald Trump four days after her husband. Staff Sgt. Mark R. De Alencar had just been brought back in a flag-crapped casket from Afghanistan.
His wife, Natasha, has this to say about the tragic loss of her husband: “On April 10th, we went to Dover Air Force Base to welcome my husband back home with our whole family. But this time it was not a celebration.”
Two days later, President Trump called as she sat with an Army casualty officer.
Watch:
De Alencar said it was important to record the call.
“All you got is memories and having the commander-in- chief call you for five minutes is an important memory,” she said.
