It’s no secret that Republicans have been frustrated by Attorney General Jeff Sessions reluctance to investigate the crimes of Bill and Hillary Clinton.
And none has been so frustrated as President Trump himself.
That’s because while Sessions has all but refused to take down the Clintons, he’s facilitated the ridiculous Democratic witch hunt surrounding alleged Russian meddling in the presidential election.
But all that stops now.
It would appear Sessions got the memo that Trump might be looking to replace him as attorney general, and so he’s finally getting to work going after real criminals.
From ABC News:
“JUST IN: Attorney General Jeff Sessions has directed senior federal prosecutors to evaluate whether a special counsel should be appointed to investigate concerns raised by Republicans, including alleged unlawful dealings by Clinton Foundation and the sale of a uranium company.”
