After Black Lives Matter SUED Jeanine Pirro – Fox News HAMMERED Them Lethally

By

Black Lives Matter as an aggressive organization has been used as a weapon against everything Conservative even everything American like the Anthem and the Flag.

Their latest hit was totally different from any other. As they mainly organize protests that usually end up as riots, now they’ve decided to attack the Conservative media outlet Fox legally.

However, one of their activists DeRay Mckesson has issued a lawsuit against Fox News’ host Judge Jeanine Pirro for calling him out as she is supposed to do.

“In this particular case, DeRay Mckesson, the organizer, actually was directing people, was directing the violence. You’ve got a police officer who was injured, he was injured at the direction of DeRay Mckesson, DeRay Mckesson walks away with a hundred thousand dollars, for an organization that is amorphous, we got a problem in this country,” said Pirro on one of her latest shows.

McKesson didn’t like this at all. On this, he took to Twitter to comment, “I was found not guilty & I didn’t direct any violence. In fact, I was protesting the violence of the police. Stop lying,”

After this, he issued his lawsuit.

“Pirro made these false statements of fact on the highest viewed morning cable show in the country, ‘Fox & Friends,’ which reaches over 1.7 million viewers. These statements of fact are false and were either known to be false by Defendant Pirro or were made with reckless disregard for whether they were true,” As a piece of the lawsuit says.

But, as we all know Judge Jeanine Pirro very well, she is not the kind of person to step back that easily. “We informed Mr. McKesson’s counsel that our commentary was fully protected under the First Amendment and the privilege for reports of judicial proceedings,” Fox News stated.

Fox News together with their and our star Jeanine Pirro showed this hoodlum where his place is.
