Iranian-American Christian Pastor Saeed Abedini was arrested, jailed and tortured for his faith for three years by the evil Iranian regime.
During all that time, the Obama Administration did almost nothing to help Abedini or his family.
But Donald Trump did.
Trump wasn’t yet president, so couldn’t do much to pressure Iran to release Abedini. But he could reach out to the poor man’s family.
After finally being released late last year, Abedini revealed on Facebook that during his captivity, Trump “met my family and gave them a $10,000 gift.”
The pastor repaid the favor by voting for Trump as president. Yes, a man of Middle Eastern origins chose Donald Trump as his president.
“Last year on the same day I was sick and in chains for Christ, and now I can vote to choose my next president,” wrote Abedini. “And most amazingly, I can vote for someone that I know fought for me and called my name so many times.”
That’s the kind of man we just put in the White House. That’s the kind of man we want as our leader.
And when it comes to faith, Abedini shut up all those who claim Trump’s is phony.
“I think his ideas are more biblical than the other candidates” in the recent election, the pastor concluded.
